Buldak (불닭) is a spicy instant-noodle brand from the Korean food company Samyang Foods.
Buldak means “fire (불, bul) + chicken (닭, dak)”; since its launch, the “hot chicken ramen” line has quickly become one of Samyang’s best-selling product lines.
