Our services
The services Leadify provides include, but are not limited to: online customer-acquisition coaching for brick-and-mortar stores and e-commerce entrepreneurs; coaching for starting a cross-border dropshipping store; custom full-scope growth consulting for businesses; e-books and knowledge content; and a membership club and tool ecosystem. In essence, these services are knowledge sharing, methodology guidance and collaborative coaching, and do not constitute a guarantee of business results or earnings (see the “Disclaimer” for details).
How we communicate
We communicate with you mainly through WhatsApp, email and the forms on our website. Please make sure you provide genuine, valid contact details so that we can serve you promptly.
Payment methods
We accept a variety of QR-code payment methods, including Touch’n Go, PayPal, Alipay, USDT and WeChat Pay, as well as corporate payments for business clients. Because some payment methods cannot confirm receipt automatically, please send a screenshot of your payment through WhatsApp after paying; our customer service team will verify it manually and activate the corresponding service or release the materials to you.
Intellectual property
The intellectual property in the course content, SOP documents, tool accounts, e-books and other materials we provide belongs to Leadify or its licensors, and is licensed only for use by you personally or within your own company. Without our written consent, you may not resell, publicly distribute, sublicense or use them for commercial distribution.
Your obligations
When you use our methodology to run online business activities, you are responsible for complying with the rules and policies of the platforms you operate on (such as TikTok, Shopee and Amazon). The rules, algorithms and fees of those platforms may change at any time, which is beyond our control; we will do our best to help you adapt to changes, but we cannot be held responsible for decisions made by the platforms.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of this service. Our total liability (if any) will be limited to the fees you have paid us for the relevant service.
Termination of service
If you breach these Terms, misuse the materials we provide, or use our services in an improper manner, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the services we provide to you.
Governing law
These Terms are interpreted and applied in accordance with the laws of the place where we primarily operate; the specific governing law and method of dispute resolution are as set out in any separate written cooperation agreement between you and us (if any).
Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time, and will change the “last updated” date at the end when we do. By continuing to use our services, you are deemed to accept the updated Terms.
